hi - i've been fruit/water fasting combo-ing it.

started last monday at 160 - got down to 152, then it jumped up for some reason (water moving around i guess)... now i'm back down to 153, hoping for 152 tomorrow.

still it's less than a 10 pound loss in a week so i'm happy. i know it's not real fat loss, but its motivating to see the numbers on the scale lower... i hope that before weeks end, i can see it reach below 150!!! it's been a long time coming!!
