thanks for responding, it helps a lot. I will search on the subject and learn more. Another question though - Do you perhaps know whether there is something I can do to reduce my weight while still breastfeeding. I once spoke to my doctor and he said " WHAT! DIETING? NO WAY!!, during this time (b/feeding) just clean your body outsidde and look beautiful, you will worry about that later when you stop b/feeding". But I am tired of how bad I look and to make matters worse, my husband the other day asked "when is the next baby due!!!????" he was referring to my big tummy. I delivered by caesarian and didn't do much tummy exercises to flatten it because of the wound.

I am kind of stressed right now because of the weight and the stress is also now reducing my milk.
