Well, today is day 11 and all is super duper well. I'm hanging in there ok. Still feeling really good. My info is started at about 300 pounds and now at 284 so that is 16 pounds down. I probly could of said my weight is at about 283 but I think it's more toward the 284.. anyhow, who cares! I'm just excited that it's moving in the right direction. I have such a LOOOOOOOONG way to go,, but ya gotta start somewhere huh.

How is everyone else doing? I see there are a lot of new people starting fasts and a few that are well on their way. This is so exciting .. I just love coming here!
