seeing differences is a big deal I guess....especially when I feel I'm making such a sacrafice I never have before. Going those 3 days was difficult for me because I'm changing old habits and behaviors that keep pulling me back toward those old ways. It's been a tough fight.

I wonder also if it has to do with those martinis......it probably does, but I'm just unknowledgeable about how all this really works w/ the master cleanse. knowhatimean?
