if you notice you have any yellowing of the eyes/skin and feel nauseated post cleanse do go to the doctors. but you sound fine. go with your gut though. better safe than sorry!

sometimes the abdomen can bloat too when the liver is irritated and swollen. it looks really different than any other swelling. it covers your whole abdomen like you put a pillow under you skin. i had that after a really bad case of mono. it looked so strange.
