I am on day 9 of my water/juice fast. This post concerned me because my urine just has a faint tint of yellow (its mostly clear). Is this ok? I drink a ton of water.

37 year old male 5'10" tall (very small frame)...
May 1: 187 pounds, started low carb diet
June 1: 175 pounds, started fruit & veggies only
June 6: 175 pounds, started fast
June 14: 166 pounds, done about 3 days on water & rest on very little juice/water

Goal is 150 pounds (or until i lose my belly flab)
