I agree with life n light. I mean I've been on this forum for over a year now and it used to be only water fasters and juice fasters. It seems there is a new bunch of partial fasters so I admit it was news to me to see members here who eat and call it partial fasting but it doesnt' necessarily bother me I just read the Water Fasts for reasons to help educate me.
