I lose about 1,5 kg the first day, 1 kg the second day and 750 gr the third day. If I go on longer fasts, then it slows down quite drasticly after that, to about 300 gr per day from day 4 to 10 and 200 gr per day from there onwards. But if you have more weight to lose, then this will be more.
