I've started my Water Fast now & am aiming to go for 30 days, if times get tough then i am going to allow myself some juice. Anyway i was wondering if i will see a massive change in my body? My problem areas are my thighs, stomach & i have really bad love handles. Will all these lumps disapear? Thanks guys <3 hope everythings going well.
