ya know i remember reading in Kevin Tradeaus book stating that anything diet or words you cant pronounce stay away from! lol....

i think even the news carried that one time..

but i say if your a diet soda alholic just like smokers who come in here for weightloss mainly and detox issues.. just take it babysteps at a time. meaning maybe 1 diet soda a day.. down to 1 every 2 days and so on.....

little steps count!
