i think i am thinking more along the lines of "taste"-ing something while fasting.

can we still lose weight while water fasting, if we are drinking diet sodas and no/low cal energy drinks?

if we could,then i wouldn't get so frustrated and give up as easily. i would just drink diet sodas all day. but i feel like that would cause a plateau.

anyone lose weight successfully while fasting - and consuming diet drinks??
