I personally have always heard it was usually a normal occurence when fasting or a drastic change in diet. I have read it on here numerous of times with people fasting and or juicing.

Juice some straight Beet Juice.. its gross tasting and extra sickening sweet but it does the trick after about 2 days.

i personally wouldnt worry, but if you have anything more unusual or have a gut feeling dont hesitate to investigate further with your doctor.
