Honestly, I want to fast to break myself of my food addiction. I fall under the category of "binge eating disorder" and I think that binge eating is just as bad as not eating at all.
Plus, I don't plan on fasting for months upon months, just a couple of weeks and then start a healthy diet. I don't think there is anything wrong with that at all...and I don't think that is considered "anorexia."
