I am just wondering -- I have been going back though these threads and have been trying to find someone who has posted a daily "blog" of their fast.

I starting a water/tea fast, and would like to know how much weight I can expect to lose on average, how much I should expect to gain back when I break the fast, etc... Does anyone have any ideas?
