Hi Dana
Just got back from doing a garage sale for my sons DI fundraiser. So far I haven't eaten anything but not sure if I want to start today or tommorow. Have you ever done a fast before? How much weight are you wanting to lose? I'm so hoping if we do a buddy system it will give us the willpower and motivation to stick with it. I really need to lose twenty pounds so I can wear all my cute clothes again and feel good about myself, I can't stand the way I look now and especially how this twenty pounds is making me feel.
