this is such a nice post yeh!!!
i lost too more than 10 kgs more than a year ago and it took me a while too to take it all back, and same, i ate a lot to get back there!!!
so here i am back, ill be on water for the length of a retreat im going to in 2 days, starting on the 12th, and after ill stay on water for at least 10 more days and juice afetr this, have 15 kgs to loose now, a bit more wouldnt be bad neither :)))
thanks again for such a great post!
i actually went on liquiddiet to post last week and waoooooo, i got almost insulted just cause i had said i wanted to fast, incredible!
ok, talk later girls, keep spirits high up !
