It sure does work. I water fasted for just 5 days in Feb. this year and lost a total of 13lbs. and only gained back 4lbs. (water water water).

I have started again and I am on my 10th day with just water. I feel fabulous and I am still going strong.

Thanks for the support as I have seen people just cut fasting down horribly when they talk about weightloss. :)
