Thamks for responding to my message. I had a mirena inserted the first part of Jan. SO far it hasn't been to bad,only thing is I have been spotting ever since it was inserted. I read some of the post on this website and others and I am going to give it at least 3mos. If the spotting doesn't go away then out it comes. NO pelvic pain and so far no weight gain.

Can I ask what are you using instead of mirena?
