The only thing that I can think of that happened right around the time this first appeared was I had a case of Poison Ivy (which I am allergic to) but I went to the doctor and got a cortisone shot and both disappeared but the eczema came back to haunt me. I hadnt moved or got a new pet or anything like that. I will try your suggestions to try and get rid of this stuff.
