i am planning to start on monday a 30 days juice fast and i'd love to share it with some buddies here around, that would be great!
i need to loose 40 pounds of fat...:((( and i know this is going to be ok....i'd actually love to have lost it all in 2 months, and then i'll be back home in a newly refreshned body..
i am travelling now, so i can enjoy my time and rest and all...
i'll be walking daily and doing some yoga as well as learning massages ... i know from what i remeber that on juices i can have a good amount of energy...perfect!
hope i'll have some close buddies on this one :)))
