I am soooooo In its 2:22 here in CT and I havnt had anything but water since yesterday 11pm so my plans are this;

water fast 21 days
juice fast 12 days
raw food 7 days

THATS A 40 day fast and then i will start healthy diet.. Lets do stats


5'4"
as of this morning 161.5lbs
GOAL 125-130 by May 10 birthday
anniversay in May also and going on vacation with Hubby alone no kids!!!
I want to wear a suit and feel good. Not a two piece but just look good in a one piece..
LETS DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOTE: that although my goals are to loose weight; I do believe mine are spiritual also .. I want to break gluttony and want to get closer to God by prayer and meditation and i do believe this fast will do this I want a physical cleanse and a spiritual cleanse/renewal...
