Hey everyone!
Well, i just started a fast at 10:30 pm and am planning on going for about 11 days. I was supposed to already be into my fast but mid terms and going out with my bf got the better of me :(. Oh well, i'm on spring break now and my bf is already back off to school so i have time for myself and time to focus on a fast. So here it goes...
I would love it if ppl would join in on my fast, i love the support!! I am going to just do a water fast. I'm not totally sure if this fast is just for weight loss, but it partly is. I also want to get healthier and more confident and i think this would be a very good catalyst for that.
Anybody, feel free to post and feel free to ask questions. I will repost everyday how everything is going and what i have been up to :)
