congrats! you will notice when you are detoxed that you dont fatten up as fast if you are anything like me. i did the cleanse a year ago and only recently put back on 7 pounds from my x-mas pig out. hee hee

ahh oh well. i am going to be starting The Master Cleanse next week and i cant wait.
