first of all, congrats! i'm so impressed with your results, i wish i was half as successful as you!^^ i was wondering for the master cleanse, do you need real lemons or is the bottled concentrated stuff ok? and do you get horrible headaches after starting the fast? because i just failed a 3-day water fast, but suffered from the most intense migrains of my life! do you also lose the hunger? how many bottles of this stuff do you drink per day?
