Today is Day 5 for me on my MC. Almost half way there (I'm going for 14 days). I'm down 10.5 pounds and today I took my weekly body measurements. If anyone wants to see them, I'll add a link for my blog. I'll be updating it regularly.

Still not really hungry, and I'm having to force myself to drink the 6 glass minimum. This is not usual for me at this stage, but I'm grateful for it.
