Hi everyone. I had a great day (after 2 rough ones) and made it up to South Lake Tahoe and back without too much back pain. Amazing for me, but it always helps to have the water weight off. As of this morning, I was down 8 pounds, and 1/2" on my waist. Exciting, but the best is yet to come. Today, while driving for the four and a half hours, I was visualizing myself after 5 months of cleanses and raw food. I'm really looking forward to the improvements I know I'm making, inside and out!
