Congratulations!!! I"m on day 4 of the MC. HOw long are you planning on going for? Maybe since we started at the same time we can post together daily? I've done mainly Water Fasts in the pas...this is my first Master-Cleanse fast and it makes a world of a difference having that lemonade, and I'm acutally getting better results. So far I've lost 10 lbs in 3 days MY SW was 150 and now I'm down to 140...
