Just updating... struggling with self control and committment, but will stick with it. I can't wait until I make it through the true hunger phase.

I weighed myself as part of my motivation to keep going, and have already lost 3 pounds. In one day! That was a definite motivator! Even though I know it is just water weight, I know it's measureable progress. I'll take my measurements again after each full week, and hope that 3 weeks from now I'll be a size or two smaller.
