Yes I did get quessy while smoking when fasting. But the addicition always seemed to win until I started the positive affirmations. Over and over again our mind is VERY powerful it can tell you to lite up and it can tell you to walk away. Being kind... "I am excited about becoming a non smoker" and then when I quit,I kept saying "I am excited about being a nonsmoker" every time I wanted one.
