Ivana, Hang in there...congrats on the 5 days of water. I have never done a Water Fast I juice with green juices instead. If it gets too tough for you, could you drink Celery and cucumber juice. Are they available where you are? do you have a juicer? This juice is SO alkalizing and I believe that it would do more for you than the water. Smoking makes the body very acidic, anyway it worked for me and I believe it will help bring balance and you will cleanse. If your wanting to loose weight you'll loose just as much this way. If you should decide to try this drink, drink as much of it as you can! Edie
