Looking into day 5 today on my water fast, I feel absolutely terrible.
I am weak, tired, my heart is beating fast, I feel like I got hit with a bug of somekind.
I had a little bit of juice with my water, but I still ache and my lower back is killing me.
Sorry about the long whine, but had to get it out there.
