Ivana, I smoked for over 30 years as I said I fasted lot and still smoked. 2 suggestions #1 DON"T be so hard on yourself you are NOT a bad person. You are doing the best you can to take care of yourself today. The more you are able to love yourself the sooner you will be able to quite. #2 Be conscious when you smoke notice how it feels in your body without judging yourself. I didn't quite smoking while fasting. I quite using an affirmation "I am excited about becoming a non-smoker". For several months...know it sounds crazy but I tried everything else...for years and it is the only thing that worked. Good Luck Edie
