Hehehehe! I'm on day 3.....yep, that's it.
The heart racing has stopped for now without adding anything to my water.
Even if I don't go #2 so to speak for 15 days, it's o.k.?

I just get so scared of not going, ya know?!!!

I am still hanging in there though and I don't plan on quitting anytime soon.
