This morning I woke up and found that my heart is beating faster, has his happened to anyone before? I am not as weak as yesterday, but still very hungry.
I added a little bit of lemon juice (from lemon) to the water I was drinking, but nothing.
I can't get over the way my heart is beating.
Good luck to you all and happy fasting!

By the way, I still have not had a bowel movement, should I be worried?
I do have Laci Le Beau tea, should I drink some of that to go or should I not worry about it?
