YES,
each day brings somthing new. Somtimes good somtimes bad. I think I would faint if I just drank water. I know I couldn't stick it out. I admire you for doing it. I earnestly try not to step on that scale to much, as it can discourage me. this is my 9th day and I have lost about 13 pounds. Most of it in the first 7 days.
