Wow,
All the negative feedback for Water Fasting and weightloss.
I was so siked to start this Water Fast in 2 weeks and now I think I just blew the sike by reading all of these so sad stories with gaining the weight back.
Is it true that you gain twice as much weight after your fast?
I am on the Atkins diet and have been for the last 9 years and have kept between 20-30 grams carbs in these 9 years. I want so badly to get back into the groove of actually eating different kinds of fruits and veggies that I could not have before.
I have listened to my bidy and my body really won't except no more than 30 grams of carbs a day, if I go over, I gain wieght realy bad.
I have gained 8 lbs. in the last couple of weeks because I just crave good healthy foods.
Can I actually achieve a great weight loss after I water Fast?
Can I keep it off and if so, how do I keep it off.
I would watch my calorie intake, but having been on the Atkin's for so long and not really watching the calories, I have not idea of how many calories I take in a day.
I would guess it's around 1200-1500 calories.
Please shed some light on this for me because the weightloss sounds too good to be true. I only have 15lbs. I would love to lose. i DON'T WANT TO GAIN 30....Ya' know what mean?!!!
Please help me.
Thanks in advance!!!!
:)
