i thought the stuff was easy too and i was being crazy or lazy until i understood the reasons why i felt like crap and why it was hard.

understanding the reasons for all of it made me stick to my healthy eating more than i would of in the past.
and that for me is amazing. i cant stick to anything and i was a 24/7 junk food junkie. hee hee
