Yes! I totally agree! Are you fasting right now? I made it through 2 1/2 days last week and keep meaning to start up again... but am having a really hard time of it. I am cleaning up my eating right now (totally off caffeine for 4 days now!) and hope to jump in again next week. The in-laws are coming tomorrow and they just wont understand - so I am trying to eat very clean and then start again after they leave.
