Is there anyway to keep you metabolism alive while fasting? I did the Master-Cleanse cleanse and lost 10lbs, well it's been about two months and I've found them......on my behind! lol, I am miserable though and want to do another fast with juice this time, does anyone have any suggestions? I weighed the other day and I am pushing 195 and hating it! My goal is to be back at a lean 165. HELP!!!!
