I am also not doing a Water Fast but a liquid fast with water/broth/juice/tea.

In order to get off of the meds it would take weeks of Dr. appts and dosing changes. I'm not putting my body and mind through that. I did an 18 day Master-Cleanse while on these meds and had no bad side effects.

I am aware that these meds cause me to gain weight, I gained several pounds when I was on Zoloft. However, the alternative is much worse.
