you have to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on a totally empty stomach. no water no juice no pills.
and i suggest skipping it unless you are noticing yourself feeling ill.
it rinses out the bad stuff and the good stuff too(digestive bacteria).herbal laxative teas can cause dependecy if overused. one tea affects me for 2-3 days.
again i would use this unless you feel sick from detoxing.

if and when you do it...
if you think you have to pass gas...it actually the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on its way out. so go to the bathroom.
