I am starting day 1 of my Water Fast today. I plan on doing at least 5 days- maybe longerjust depends on how I feel. I really REALLY need to be sucessful at this. After being majorly depressed for the past month I have put on almost 20 pounds and just feel like shit. Any tips or just plain old friendship and support will be appreciated
