what have you tried that hasn't worked? i'm planning on restarting with veggies and broth and hopefully things will go back to normal in a week or two??? i'll be sure to update you all when the time comes for me to go back to eating, but i have to say i'm worried about that too. that and my metabolism going back to the usual. i really, really, really want to maintain the weight loss.
