hi frenchi--wow, 5 days for you!!!!! exciting. i envy you, wish i was on day 5, then i would be past the hump. i started today, friday the 18th. has been going well so far, but the worste hasn't come yet. i am a night eater, like to start around 7pm until i go to bed, around 1am. so wish me lots of luck. i will be needing it. you keep up the good work and stay strong over the weekend--you can do it--i'll be thinking of you and wishing you lots of luck and sending cyber support. olivia
