Which brand did you use? I used some several years ago and it seemed to make me feel sleepy during the day, so had to quit. And I could not tell that it was helping with any of my health goals. I used one of the brands recommended by Dr. Lee in his book - "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause."

I have started using a different brand recently, and am anxious to see if there is any difference in the way it works. Have been doing lots of liver/gall bladder cleanses and using other healthful products and modalities that I was not using when first trying the cream several years ago. Thanks.
