how about size 26 down to size 8.
I am sure there are lots of inches gone there.
and yes that is me I am talkingt about.

I use this method and this place to focus when I get lazy or need to drop a few and tone up.

Every one is different and this is a very critizied method.

It is not my job or place to prove or defend it.
I just know it works. :)
