Wow. It's a really interesting diet. If it really can help me gain a little weight, I would definitely do it. Very easy on the system. You can see how it would be highly beneficial for those who have blood sugar/insulin problems. Maybe I'll give it a bash. I've done worse things. The bad part is that I really believe that ketogenic dieting is unhealthy long-term...
