I wasn't offended by your post, though I can see that some other people were. Personally, I have had very good experiences with fasting, and while I'm fasting other things such as allergies seem to really improve. And I have not gained back any of the weight that I've lost through fasting. But I am curious about your thoughts on weight loss. What has worked for you?
