so why are you here on this fasting forum????....perhaps something more like Diet Forum would suit you better....i agree long term fasting can hurt you....and yes you get tons back weight if you dont keep a good healthy Diet afterwards...everyone is on board with this....thank you for your input..but still why are you here if this hurt you so much......
