Theres a few things to help with itching and the after effects. If you want one of the most relieving feelings instead of scratching then use a hot shower on the area and I personally rate it as good as an orgasm haha. A Violet Ray machine help relieve the itching for quite some time. I found that Cayenne Pepper for 10 minutes or more on the area will seriously relieve any pain or itching for a long time.
